I noticed her busily tidying up, working hard yet stopping to help customers when they needed assistance. She knew the store well and could help me find the random K Mart goodies I was after, even though they were outside the department she was tidying. "My experience is they have a blatant disregard for Consumer Law, are bullies and Lazy. Sold me a product that they had falsely advertised with higher specs. Three month later even after 'running an internal investigation' and admitting fault, not even the common courtesy to respond to my emails about trying to get it replaced. This lazy, nasty and hateful service model is handing the market to Amazon."
