"I love the clothes in this place, even though I don’t always dress in the ‘get up’ every day. Sadly, I went in there last Friday to find an outfit and the customer service was dreadful. I was walking around looking lost, but staff were very busy chatting at the counter and looked visibly unimpressed when I asked for help to reach a skirt that was too high up for me to reach. Said staff member thrust it in my hand without offering anything to match etc, and then proceeded back to her post behind the counter, and back to chatting. Time to purchase and I’d racked up well over 200- worth of goodies, the same girl who got the skirt down served me. No niceties, and then proceeded to pile my stuff into one pile and try to hand me it, no wrapping, no bag, nothing offered. I quite clearly had my hands full and she mutters, ‘they right like that?’ Um… no.. er, do you have a bag or something..? ‘Oh yeh but they are $2-‘.. um ok..? Terrible service, made me want to return everything .. and I’m coming with 22 years of customer service behind me. I felt not ‘cool’ enough to shop here… poor form, such a shame."
