"This is the 1st time I went to the city Toyota. I had to get my radio unlocked after getting a new battery. First off Trudie in the service department (i think it was her name ) was extremely helpful over the phone when I rang to see if they can fix the pin number. When I hung up she had made a booking for me and a few minutes later an SMS confirmation came thru. On the Monday I went to the service desk, told someone will available to soon. A few minutes later my car details were taken I have them the key and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. Had a nice coffee and hot chocolate while watching tv. When the car was finished it was washed and I was on my way with music. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I received great customer service."
