"Poor customer service….extremely unhelpful! Purchased items 31/3/22, attempted to return, explained my email had been setup incorrectly…and was not provided paper receipt… Was told unable to refund without a receipt and that the ALWAYS provide one…even though I had just heard/watched the sales assistant offer to ‘send the receipt via email’ and not provide a paper receipt to the customer in front of me… Then was advised that there was no evidence in the system to indicate I’d made a purchase since the start of March 22! Interestingly I found the bank transaction confirming otherwise!!"

"I was in this store only a couple weeks ago on a Friday to get new clothing for work. I tried on multiple different sports bras and decided on one because the lady told me its the most comfortable bra to have, it doesn't flip up on your stomach and she would swear by it. I came back on a Monday following week to have it returned or exchanged even though I only wore it for a few hours and found it became very uncomfortable and flipped up on me (I'm not a big woman and it still flipped up) Not only was I not greeted in the store by anyone until I approach the counter, as the ladies are always chatting away or on their phones, rather than doing their job in customer service (which I have worked in myself) but I was then told by the manager that it cannot be returned, exchanged or be given a store credit, even though it wasn't worn for long and became uncomfortable for me and I had the original tags. The manager then couldn't even give me anything, didn't say sorry or even feel sorry that I spent $60 and have now lost it, then told me "we have change rooms you know" so I said "I did try it on, but I'm not going to walk around and stand in there for 5hours and say no sorry it's uncomfortable". I don't really want to even shop at this store any more because of how poor their customer service is, and how rude they are, but sadly it's my closest store"

"I Absolutely love Holly, she was EXTREMELY helpful.. I had a handful of stuff in my arms while struggling and she put all the clothes in changing room for me and helped me with sizes and much more. She was so nice! Very rare to get such a good active, kind employee! I bet even when she’s tired at work she’d still be nice and helpful! She’s worth it. Need more people like her around! You better keep her! Safe to say I hope she’s always there whenever I’m going there :) From Anna xxxox"
