"I had a horrible experience with their online department. The message I received from two different ladies was not consistent and when I returned the items they didn't refund me back the shipping cost. Whereas the lady who I spoke with before returning the items told me that I will get the entire amount back and after when I returned the items I only got the amount minus the shipping cost. The online lady was so rude and I really hope Stephen (owner) will take action on this. Don't even feel like giving one star."

"Giant chemist is great for any medical aids. They have a large variety and everything you need if you have injured yourself. The Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. We had Krystal come and assisted us, who gave us great tips and advice regarding a brace for myself. If you cannot find someone at your local chemist it is worth the drive to this store as it most likely will have it available."
