"Excellent customer service by Amanda. I had called to book in a service and she was very accommodating and patient as we worked through a time and date that would best suit my schedule. She answered all of my questions and explained everything to me very well. She then helped me book a service that was most convenient - even if it took us 15 minutes to get there. Overall, she was fantastic!"
"I scheduled a routine service a few days before taking a holiday (note to self, allow more time in future). Unfortunately some necessary work was required on the car. Parts had to be sought from interstate which jeapordised me being able to go on holiday at the scheduled time and would have shortened our holiday, much to mine and the kids disappointment. Due to Nick and the teams hard work, the part was delivered and fitted to my car at the 11th hour. Nick was excellent at communicating the problems and keeping me updated and worked hard to make sure my car was back on the road in time for my holiday."
