"I had a heavy delivery (home gym with several boxes) arrive on time by a man named Bill who delivered into my gated complex even when I wasn't home, and placed the parcels undercover in my gated patio in the rain. Bill was very polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble (I spoke to him on the phone when he called so I could open the gate to the complex remotely). Great service and highly recommend!"

"I would just like to suggest that it is not a good look for your business when one of your drivers drives a truck bearing your business name through a red light. Worse still, very close to two primary schools and even worse, on a school day... It was so blatant - all the other traffic had stopped in the second lane. The light wasn't amber it was well and truly red! As a memory refresh - Settlement Road, The Gap, 7 Feb at 1:24pm at the intersection of Chaprowe and Settlement Road. "The guy in the workshop that also has his son working with him is the rudest person I have ever met, disgusting service and so rude! Most likely the owner because no employee would get away with treating people like he did. From the moment I turned up in the morning he was rude, not helpful, the worst service. If you don’t enjoy your job don’t ruin everyone else’s day!"

Had a parcel with limited tracking data and although it didn’t show up in their system they found it in their warehouse within minutes and delivered it within the hour! "I had a king bed delivered, the employee of Action Express called me when she got to my address and advised me she wouldn’t bring it up and I had to go down and carry it up myself. This mattress is a 2 man job (the employee even said it was), I told her I was alone and couldn’t carry it by myself and asked her help to bring it up and she still said no. MIND you she had it on a trolley and wasn’t even carrying it herself. Absolutely terrible service, 0-10. Photo for how big the mattress box is."
