"I would give a ZERO if it were possible. My tracking was marked as incorrect address on the 17th Aug, the driver must be too lazy and couldn't be bothered to get out of his van. I contacted them via chat, as you cant call to speak to anyone, I confirmed the address is indeed correct and was told it would be re-delivered within 2 days. It's now 2 weeks later and 7 attempts to contact them to either re-deliver or arrange collection from a depot and i haven't heard from anyone at all, and i am still waiting on my delivery."

"Parcel was delivered to the incorrect address and driver allowed for a random person to sign for my parcel. I truly don't understand how anyone could have made so many mistakes here or allowed someone to receive and sign for a parcel that didn't have their name on it. What even is this company? Why exist as a delivery service if drivers can't follow the basic steps of reading a name and an address correctly?"

"Owned by Singapore Post, there is no-one to talk to on the phone, Zero care by some of the drivers. Been waiting on a parcel that was to be delivered, according to their text, last Wednesday. Driver too lazy to drive up the driveway, so no delivery. I try to organise a collection from their depot on this online chatty thing they have, driver ignores all requests to leave parcel for delivery and tries to deliver 2 times more. Now 6 days later, no parcel and no-one to talk to to get any information. As freight companies are associated with the company sending the goods, Couriers Please are a good way to drag your company's reputation down. Recommend NOT using them if you're serious about your customers and service. This isn't our first bad experience with these guys, just the last straw!!! Unfortunately, a bit like the service, the link below is doesn't work. Is there a real person to talk to and get this resolved? Your driver tore up the note to leave the parcel for pick up left to him by the depot and threw it in the bin. I have used your chat, emails and dropped in to the depot. VERY frustrating!!"

"CouriersPlease frequently leaves parcels unattended in mail rooms and claims them to be safe - then they get stolen! Their couriers are either illiterate, ignorant or arrogant as they irregularly use safe My Parcel Locker systems (must depend on the mood of the day), and when you request it explicitly via delivery instructions - they ignore it and leave it within sight and reach of anyone entering the room! Could not be more frustrated by what should be a relatively simple knowledge/skill-free service to deliver, as they continuously fail. No other courier company is as careless as these guys, they are beyond a disappointment - do not use them!"
