"After a huge stuff around with another company I was left rushing around trying to find someone to help me personalise 2 tshirts with embroidery as a gift for my partner for Valentines Day (which is tomorrow… yikes). Gear Up to the rescue! After a very reassuring and lovely phone call, I took the shirts in at lunch time today and got a message 4 hours later saying they were ready for pick up! Customer service was next level! I will only be using Gear Up for future embroidery services from now on!"
"Terrible service. My school placed an order for our leavers jacket on January the 27th 2022 and they only got delivered to us on the 20th of June. We asked for updates yet Gear Up Promotions continued to deny us any ready by date and any closure about when the jackets would be ready. Once delivered, the design was not the one we ordered, and there was no response when asked for any fixtures. We have also asked the company for a partial refund due to the failure of making the right design, as well as the 6 month wait, as our school only has 10 weeks left before graduation, yet we have been denied. The service from this company is terrible and the 6 month wait is simply unacceptable, whilst I do understand that due to the Covid 19 pandemic things have been hard on everyone, but unfortunately a 6 month wait is simply intolerable. Will never be ordering from this company again."

I couldn’t believe it when advised my daughter’s Leavers’ Jacket was made in WA and not a third world sweat shop, she’s fussy and very pleased with the end result. BUT Gear Up really stood out for service at a level you won’t be expecting. My daughter is going overseas on a language exchange program and Gear Up went out of their way to fill her order early. I’m surprised to read the one negative comment. I’d recommend Gear Up to anyone looking for corporate wear noting that have some great stuff for sports clubs too ..."
