"Did an earlier review for this store that was less than favourable. But now, what a difference. The young man working there is polite, understanding, funny and remembers my wine! He is a delight and a great ambassador for Liquorland!!!"
"NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible experience. It wasn't the first time that I have been disrespected by the staff Andy, who was rude and racist. His speech made me and my mate feel like he was being abusive toward us. Last time, my mate and I were in the store, and one of us forgot our ID, which we had been refused to be served by another young male staff, who was doing his job, being responsible to his job, amicable and respectful to us. However, Andy was being abusive to us, and I felt like I was being offended. Andy's behaviour is ridiculous, and I wish Liquorland would give this guy a lesson on HOW TO RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER or replace him with someone else. Sorry for being honest with you, Liquorland."
"Be careful and get a receipt. I have bought many products marked with a certain price , and have paid by eftpost only to find out that I paid the full price and not the discounted price because I didn't want a receipt. It has happened too many times. This store is a trap. I will no longer purchase there. Charlatans."
"I find a couple of the staff here quite rude. I am elderly and asked for a case of Corona. The guy behind the counter (I believe he is the Manager) never offered to assist me to my car a client in the shop did..not impressed. Next time I went there (and the last by the way) a young women took my card to pay for 2 bottles of JD. She scanned the back of my card for Fly Buys I advised I did not WANT it scanned "too late" was the response I got (if I use this card for Fly Buys I have to pay a monthly fee) I asked could this be cancelled "nup" and she continued on her phone. Not good enough!!!!"
