Welcome to Redfish, Fish, Chips & Grill, located at 88D Moreing Road, Attadale, Australia. As an establishment focused on providing quality food, we strive to offer our customers the best in fresh local fish. Our goal is to deliver a product that is not only delicious but also better in taste, better for you, and better for the environment.
With nearly 40 years of experience as a Head Chef in Perth, I decided to open Redfish in 2014 to pursue my passion for providing good food at reasonable prices while supporting local products. In Perth, the seafood scene is often dominated by cheap imported products or overpriced local seafood of questionable origin.
To ensure the highest quality, I personally visit the markets three times a week to select the best whole fish available. These fish are then brought to our shop and filleted fresh. We take great care to only purchase fish from trusted and responsible fishermen who source their catch sustainably. All our fish comes from professional fishing boats around the state and is auctioned off to the highest bidder.
In Western Australia, our fishing industry is heavily regulated, with fish stocks monitored and quotas set to maintain sustainability. As the public becomes more aware of the environmental impact of seafood consumption, we believe it is our responsibility as end producers to source seafood that contributes to a sustainable future.
At Redfish, we have developed a menu that not only tantalizes your taste buds but also supports sustainable fisheries. Our menu and specials change and adapt based on customer demands and environmental conditions.
While sustainability is a priority, we are also committed to addressing other important issues such as food miles, recycling, bio-degradation, and energy consumption. As we continue to grow and progress, we will explore different ways to tackle these issues without compromising the quality of our end product.
Our aim is to provide you with delicious and exciting seafood that you can enjoy with a clear conscience. From marinated Rottnest bluefin tuna to prawn tom yum and grilled octopus, our menu offers a range of flavors to satisfy your seafood cravings.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. While we are not a gluten-free restaurant, we have processes in place to minimize cross-contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not come into contact with gluten somewhere in the process.
Our opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, Friday to Saturday from 4pm to 8.30pm, Sunday from 4pm to 8pm, and on public holidays from 4pm to 7.30pm.
