"These guys are great. They did some insurance work and some additional panels to my 80 series and the guys went above and beyond what they had agreed to. Not just that they did extra panels and work but it was all done meticulously as if it was there own car I cant remember receiving service like this previously they were just happy they I was thrilled with what they'd done they literally pimped my ride I can't recommend them highly enough.. 7 Stars"

"Thank you to Andrew for his service and business ethics. 5 STARS is not enough. Called into Kingsley Smash as due to being caught on a kerb the right hand side of my front bumper had come adrift from my car. Tried a couple of other Smash repair outlets closer to my residence with no success. Received a quote from one which was around $600 that included 14 hours of labour. Andrew came out, had a look, went back into his workshop and returned with a couple of tools. He removed a couple of plastic plugs, reset them, loosened two securing bolts then fitted the bumper in its correct position, did up the bolts reinserted the plastic plugs for a perfect job which took him no more than 10 minuets. He knew exactly what he was doing. Cost? NO CHARGE - he would not take any payment. (I did however return and left a little something on their counter which I hope he enjoyed :-)"

"Had some minor damage to front bumper and headlight which both needed replacement and requisite respraying. Dropped it off on Monday and received the car back on Friday. A clean and well maintained loan car was provided (Hyundai i30) during that time. I'm a pretty pernickety character, so I picked up a few minor finishing issues which Andrew (who I presume is the owner), quickly and professionally addressed to my satisfaction. Panel gaps, alignment, etc. all looked good! Thankfully it's been a while since I've had to visit a panelbeater (and hopefully will be a while again!), but would be happy to use Kingsely Smash in future. I'd also like to add that the girls I dealt with at the front desk on various visits were lovely."

"This review goes back to 2017. As I understand the business has changed hands since then. But unfortunately It doesn't change my predicament. After having an insurance repair carried out I asked if a respray of the bonnet and roof could be done, they quoted 1500 as they where already painting the side panel and could do it at the same time, awesome very happy, but two and a half years later it was looking strange, rang the current owner and was told nothing he could do as it was a repair under a different owner. Now three years on on the paint is coming off in sheets. Clear coat literally blowing around in my drive way. Another panel beater/spray painter has it and described it as poor preparation. Moisture under the clear coat. Very disappointed and even after showing the current owner I was told about 6k to repair. Maybe the practice has since been improved?"

"Fantastic service - got my car back within a week because unlike some other places, they don't order your spare parts after you send your car in. Andrew was very accommodating of our restricted schedule. They also have a courtesy car available for use while your car is being repaired. Great job on my car and it came back cleaner than when I left it!"
