"Tried the online booking service to book my car in for a towball. Got a one line email back stating to call in to organise a booking. Called and was told they needed the compliance plate build date(why couldn't they have explained that in the email). Got the compliance details a little later and emailed them back (No Response). Called and was told they are too busy with something else and that they would call me back in 10 minutes. Waited 40 minutes and got a call back. The customer service is shocking and it felt as though they were doing me a favour when it's actually the other way around. To boot, my dealings were with the Branch Manager, if he can't get it right how are his staff supposed to? I chose to let my feet do the talking and go with someone else after waiting 30 mins for the phonecall back. It felt like a complete waste of everyones time and I was left wondering if this is what pre-sales service is like their after sales service must be terrible, it shouldn't have been this difficult. I made the booking in one hassle free phonecall with another company that took 5 mins and the guy was really polite and the towbar well priced."
"Thank you to Morris and the team at Parkside for doing an awesome job on my tow bar installation :) They were more than happy to answer my thousand questions as it was a friends car I needed the installation on and had to call back multiple times with info/questions. I especially appreciate the great communication and friendly service :) They were also more than happy for me to come back the next day to flip the tow bar so i could have a lower tow height. Highly recommend :D"
"Very efficient and professional. The final result is much better than I expected with rustproof paint on all holes drilled, new wiring looms that have been placed in thoughtful locations. The job they had to do on my car was a real pain in the arse but they really have taken it in their stride and done a great job. Thanks boys!"
"Had a great experience having a new tow bar fitted. The price was very good after shopping around. The office/shop staff were fantastic. They were really helpful and friendly. I chose to wait while the tow bar was fitted and the technician was very efficient and worked to a tight schedule. My car was sorted in 1 1/2 hours which I thought was amazing. Visit August 2020 I returned to Parkside to get help with a bike rack I purchased from them. Not because there was a problem with it but because I didn’t have a clue what to do. The staff were amazing. They were so patient with me and not only built it for me but showed me exactly how to use it. The staff really care and made sure I was happy with the carrier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parkside."
