"Very poor customer service! If you are buying parts from here ensure they actually have the stock they say they have and don’t take their word! I bought 5 wheels and tires from them went to pick them up and they only had 4 wheels and tires said they forgot I had ordered 5 and they had to order in the remaining wheel and tire. The remaining wheel came in around 2 weeks later and organised pickup and when I arrived they said they didn’t have the last tire. I asked for a refund of the last tire that they didn’t supply me with and they were happy to give me a refund. That afternoon I messaged asking when I could expect the refund to be processed and I was presented with a few very argumentative responses. They stopped replying to my messages and calls and they didn’t refund me the money until I told them I would be in contact with my lawyers."
