Welcome to Legacy Living Lab, located at 27 Blinco Street in Fremantle, Australia. As a unique establishment, point of interest, and school, Legacy Living Lab (L3) is at the forefront of circular economy building design.

L3 is a dynamic space where the building industry converges with research and community engagement to foster innovation and co-invent groundbreaking building products. Our focus lies in disassembly, deconstruction, and relocation, ensuring that our structures are sustainable and adaptable for future needs.

One of the key contributors to L3's research and development is the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing of Prefabricated Housing (CAMPH), led by The University of Melbourne and funded by the Australian Research Council. This collaboration ensures that our practices align with the latest advancements in the field.

The Legacy Living Lab was brought to life by the dedicated researchers of the Curtin University of Sustainability Policy (CUSP). CUSP is renowned for its leadership in sustainability research, driven by a commitment to addressing the needs of both industry and society.
