"Rude staff and absolutely no customer service. Arrived at 3.35pm and the doors were already half closed. So I checked the front door which said closing at 4pm before I entered. The second I entered the staff member was like hope you know we are closing at 3.55pm. I am like sure. She hung to me like a hawk and rushed me into the change room. If she had been observant she would have noticed I was wearing Just Jeans already and clearly looking to actually buy. If I hadn’t of actually needed the item I bought I would have left due to the way I was treated. Hurried out as quickly as I had arrived. No customer service or even a smile. Will not be back and will return to Pac Fair where all the team there are lovely and extremely helpful."
