"These guys have been lovely and patient wirth my needs. Financial payments are not always 'qiuick enough', but I do not know how much I can hold these guys responsible for that other than it being a product of the system. I do not want to name people but I think first names are allowed. Carly, Amanda, Melanie and Liz have all spoken to me on multiple occasions. All have been lovely; in particular Amanda and Liz have been outstanding. I am still finding payment of one or two situations to be slow. Though I cannot attribute that directly to the staff and not an unfortunate error of the system (it's unfortunately always more complicated in my case) Payout relating to original claim has taken far too long, though my lawyer has informed me they are not to blame, it is simply a product of the system. I have personally found them accomodating. There was one time in which I was in financial panic. They were able to guide me to a solution. Thank you"
