"I am a first time pool owner, and still learning the ropes at getting chlorine and chemical levels balanced. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Southern River store to buy some stabilizer. I also got a pool sample bottle and came back with a sample later. Being able to get a detailed report and recommendations on amount of salt, chlorine and stabilizer to apply was very helpful. Balance of pool has been great since, and AI pool pump has been running at more reasonable RPMs since then. Thanks very much!"

They secured the property before they left and then contacted me to inform me was was done. I felt completely at ease leaving them to get on with the job and appreciate their understanding that I had forgotten about the appointment. "Extremely disappointed with the service. Currently looking after a house with a pool for the first time (which I sadly know nothing about). First time I booked a cleaning and service was told they would come on Monday. Didn't hear anything all day so called just before close to be told they will come first thing in the morning instead. Tuesday 1pm rolls around with still no one to help. Called up again and was told they were on their way. Pool guy (who was lovely I will admit) was here for 5 minutes before saying the pool was fine, and the dirt that was in the pool will be cleaned by the creepy crawly that was in there. Charged full price. That was it. The creepy crawly unfortunately has done nothing so my pool has just accumulated dirt etc. It is now completely green and cloudy. Called on the weekend to book another service in. Was told I would get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. It's Wednesday afternoon with still no call. I understand it's not the fault of the person who came to the house but this service and waiting with no response it utterly ridiculous."
