"Bensons at the City West location, the location was easy to find and convenient parking. I required an urgent PET scan and was given an appointment very quickly. All the staff were very friendly and super efficient and professional. I was a little nervous as my veins are not great, however the senior doctor quickly found a vein in my hand for the canula for the injection. It was all very painless and I was kept super comfy in a room with a warm blanket. Being a bit anxious and a bit claustrophobic I had a Valium to keep me calm and relaxed. The whole procedure was over and done in a little over an hour. Thank you to all the staff, you do an amazing job and made a stressful time a lot easier. Highly recommend Bensons service."

"Had hoped to book in for a CT scan at Blackwood, but the Benson's person on the phone found me a same day appointment at Adelaide West which was great. If they can't book you in, ask for other locations - there are lots around Adelaide! It was easy enough to find a 30 min paid parking spot for $2.15, but found out after Benson's here provides free parking. Overall good experience - clean, on time and in and out fast. Courteous and professional staff. Was strange to be given a consent form about contrast dyes when this wasn't needed for my scan. Cost was expensive at $416, but should get most of that back from Medicare. There are other providers and sometimes you can get a bulk-billed scan, so may be worthwhile to ask around if needed."

"I am extremely claustrophobic. I had initially had an appointment at a different company for an urgent MRI and could not do it as i had an anxiety attack, machines were smaller, older and no understanding on an emotional level from staff. However at benson on North terrace I was very happy with my experience getting my urgent MRI done. Matt the lovely tall man was the person who did my MRI and talked me through everything and was well aware of my claustrophobia. Another lady was there I didn't catch her name but she was also lovely and professional. Reception was very professional aswell. I recommend this place if you need an MRI and I highly recommend taking a valume which I did also."
