Reviews
"(I'm sorry for posting a negative review as the person who I spoke to was very nice, however this is a problem). I have been looking to study a course in person (so, not online) and found Enable Colleges website which had all of the courses I wanted, specifically cert 3, which would also be accepting instalment payments. I was under the impression that it was available now to study/enrol and was available to study in person in the city... A (very nice) person on the website then told me that they aren't actually offering the course I wanted currently for 2020, and that previous deliveries of the course I wanted weren't offered in person but online, so exactly the opposite of what the website advertises and what I was looking for, and needless to say, I'm really, really disappointed (because I thought I had finally found an alternative in-person study to TAFE, I've been looking for a while now). I was also told that there are not many intakes for the course, so they are usually unsure about when they will deliver it. If this is the case; remove the entire option to study it from the website. Or at least, make it clear and have a pop up that says 'not currently being delivered.' The website needs to be A LOT clearer in these areas. Again its really unfortunate because the website is very promising and the answers to FAQ's are very transparent and honest and mention all the things I'm looking for, but then you're told that the course that is currently live on the website with a 'start now' button isn't actually being offered at all at the moment."
"Hi everyone, I had very good experience with Enable college since move to Australia long time ago. They have supported me all the way to finish my course. Special thanks to Ray, Terry, and Nazra who provided me support along with my nursing and job when ever I needed. This is my 3rd certificate which I have completed from Enable college. I will recommend others to get enrolled with Enable college. Cheers, VIK"
"I had a very good experience studying at Enable College. The Administration staff & educators listened students. The course was well paced and there was sufficient reading material. Terry Early was very helpful."
"Other reviews eventually made sense. I agree that both admin staff and trainers are unhelpful, unsupportive and uncontactable. Getting my certificate 3 in individual support has been a complete nightmare. Had to wait 6 months to secure a placement. 2 other organisations had been ringing back and forth and offering me a placement, and my trainers wouldn't bother contacting them. Once I started my placement another agency was going to hire me and pay me, but I turned this down because I'd waited 6 months for my placement and this would clash. 4 weeks into placement my trainer says the placement provider has decided to cancel the placement. He also told me not to contact them and refused to send a copy of an email from them. Now they have contacted me saying they did not cancel the placement, but had given feedback on my progress. It was also revealed my trainer also asked them not to contact me. "We seem to not have you listed as a student" is just their way of avoiding any accountability. Positives: Trainers passed me on first aid and manual handling and provided these certificates. Trainers marked my assignments and gave feedback when I had to change my answers."
