"Unfortunately, I am completely dissatisfied with the services provided by Mercury College. Also, I deeply regret having chosen to study English in a low-quality institution like this. With only one month of classes, I had 4 different teachers; the number of students in a classroom was exaggerated; there was no clarity in the methodologies used in class; the levels were mixed, so those of us who were in upper-intermediate had to see topics that we already handled and we could not advance in our learning; there was no quality in the topics, since they were exactly the same every 3 months including the copies of the book; the air conditioning was broken most of the time in summer; and the university campus was poorly cleaned. Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted my money. Despite the fact that my colleagues complained on several occasions, there were no solutions. We did not take a plane and travel to the other side of the world to have virtual classes as an option, when we clearly had intentions of improving the language. If I could give them a negative score I would. Unfortunately, I am completely dissatisfied with the services provided by Mercury College.
