"Last week I really wanted to get some new comfy everyday shoes, I had 4 pairs in mind that I was eager to get right then and there and was trying to wait patiently while the two staff served other customers that clearly didn't know what they wanted. Was completely ignored for at least solid 10 minutes while staff served other people that didn't even end up buying anything. I don't mind waiting at all, but to not be greeted, then not even a "I'll be with you soon" not even the slightest acknowledgment, is not okay. More training needed for staff."
