Each and every course was stunning with flavours I had never imagined together. My highlights were the complex flavours of the damper and butter, the perfect cook on the fish and the richness of chocolate and wattleseed in the desert. Mindy has such a joyous outlook on life and it shows in her food. It was amazing food, fantastic staff, a beautiful venue all at a great location close to the beach.
