"Was about to purchase an item, but was kicked out of the store, as they were closing 12 minutes early."
"Excellent service from Rachel. I look ready to go for my job interview"
"I have just had an extremely bad customer service from a staffer named 'Jenny or Jennie' from the store. She basically ghosted me, and all I asked was to try a size and other colours. She first looked for them in the system, and told me they have everything in a size I am looking for except one colour. Then, she told me to go to the section and try to find them myself. Obviously, I couldn't find them myself, hence the asking. She told me to wait as she is helping another customer. I waited about 10-15 mins looking around, only to find her helping no one but cleaning a monitor in the register?? I went up to her and told her I am still waiting.. and she goes, "oh I thought you found one"?? is she drunk?? I had to tell her what I need help with as if I had told her the first time. Then she asked one of the other staff where they are.. and told me to follow her in the stock room?? Did she mean for me to find them myself in the back of their inventory room??. At the end, she couldn't even do it herself and asked another staff to do it, and he couldn't find them either, telling me the one on display is all they have got left.. seriously, the whole time she was with me, she was either talking to herself, or talked to me without even looking at me. This was the first time I have had this kind of non-sense in any of Country Road stores. Hope this teaches her something or a chance to look back at her behaviour. Jenny or Jennie, you'd want to help customers and contribute to the store where you work, not a bad review like this one.."
"Trying to contact the store “Jane” their virtual system is horrid, you can’t actually phone a store and speak with them The chat “service” is shocking, Minn tried to say customer service its not available on the weekend when the website says it is. Now more than 2 hours later and nothing I’ve tried to explain I’m trying to buy a dress that isn’t showing on line however I know is on the store. This is like trying to contact Qantas or Telstra … horrid. Country Road, don’t ruin your brand."
"Terrible customer service. My 12 year old daughter spilled a few drops of a tea sample on the ground and the middle aged sales lady insisted she leave the store, when I suggested that we could just put it in the bin in there she said that there was no bin? Unlikely- every shop has a small bin. Then we were all kicked out. Regardless I suppose it's the store that loses more than me. I was about to buy about $500 dollars worth of shirts. Remind me never to come back here again, I hope the rude assistant loses her job. That's no way to treat anyone."
