"Terrible Service. After 8 years of being loyal customer I couldn’t not exchange, return online sale item! It’s not helpful, staff were just emotionally ignoring me on the phone and the shop and couldn’t provide a better service, referring to online policy of final items! They have attached returns turns and conditions to my purchase but wouldn’t exchange an item by saying it is different terms and conditions to the outlet item! so why not attach correct policy then? very disappointed and will try consumer rights."
