"Abserlutly disgusted in there service. Had booked the kangaroo day tour with a mate, Was told to wait at our designated pick up zone at 6:15 we were there from 6am and the bus driver done a NO SHOW!!!! We had waited hours for there arrival! Decided to not pick us up! No emergency contact number to contact them. When the office was opened we rung and was told ohwell you wernt there on time even tho we were and there was a group of us still waiting. The company decided to contact the bus driver and his reply was ohh yeah I didn't stop there continued to drive. So as you could imagin we were frustrated and heart broken as we were looking forward to this tour the main reason on coming to Adelaide. I had previously emailed the company regarding my feedback and no reply! Would not recommend this company at all!!!"

"Booked a day tour to Kangaroo Island for myself and a friend, we arrived at the pickup location 20min early and also meet two other people doing the same tour. To cut a long story short, the bus driver forgot to pick us up. Original pick up time was 6.20am, at 6.30am all four of us tried contacting Adelaide Sightseeing but as the office doesnt open till 8am we couldnt get through to anybody, I strongly suggest this company gets an emergency number for these situations. When I got through to the office at 8am, the company wanted to blame us for not being ontime but with push back they actually checked the pickup schedule and contacted the drive and turns out he just skipped our stop all together. We did get a full refund but it doesn't change the fact that our day was completely ruined. I've worked in the travel industry for many years and never had this happen to me or people I've booked holidays for. Sadly I will not be recommending this company. I've also contacted the feedback team and had no acknowledged."

"Went on the Murray Tour a few weeks ago. Limited to no information provided about the Murray on the cruise. The lunch on board was beautiful and the serving staff very personable. The driver, although knowledgeable, told some inappropriate jokes which I found offensive. The small bus was uncomfortable and very stuffy. . Not an experience that I would recommend or repeat."

"Went on the One Day Kangaroo Island Experience day tour in May this year with Adelaide Sightseeing and was happy with the service. Whilst it was a very long day trip (around 16 hours return, due to the distance from Adelaide to the island) and although our trip was delayed due to mechanical issues with one of the two ferries, we still managed to experience all the highlights and see the wonderful sights Kangaroo Island had to offer."

"Well organized collection and drop off to our hotel. John our guide as excellent and well versed. The tour it self was probably not bad and we enjoyed seeing this part of Adelaide. Hahndorf Town was very quite and not much happening."
