"I do not recommend choosing this test center to take your PTE test. The testing room is not properly equipped to accommodate more than 15 people speaking at once. It's nearly impossible to concentrate because of the excessive noise. In the mock tests that I took, I scored +60 points, but because I couldn't focus or hear anything during the test, I received a score of 40 in speaking (while scoring +60 in every other band). The test supervisor was friendly and told us that if we called her, she could ask people to lower their voice volume. However, this was impossible because everyone was speaking loudly, and furthermore, if we raised our hands to ask for help, we would lose more time because the test's clock would continue to run. Being aware that someone must pay +300 dollars for a 2-hour test leaves one feeling very deceived / I was unable to provide feedback on the test in the final survey after receiving my results because the web site did not function properly /"

"Rude and unhelpful staff who are willing to go to any length to create more problems for a candidate. I arrived for my test this morning with a valid QLD Driving License and a scanned copy of my passport. I had enquired with PTE earlier and their general enquiry staff advised I can carry any valid photo ID. The admin lady at the counter refused to even look at my Passport details and gathered multiple staff members from Griffith Uni including a very rude lady to intimidate and single me out. I understand you have rules and have little room for working around human errors to find solutions for them but being purposefully difficult doesn’t help anyone. Speaks volumes about Griffith University’s customer service where asking people to leave is the best solution they find in situations that demand them to be more robust. In the end, I was scared they would call the cops and accuse me of some sort of misconduct and I had to walk out."
