"We negotiated a good price for our 5 week stay but found when we arrived that price excluded servicing of our apartment. We had to wash and dry our towels and sheets and make our own beds, vacuum and sweep our floors and balcony. Our 2 bed apartment had been updated but still needed more. Furniture and beds were not that comfortable. We managed to keep the beige carpet clean but it's not ideal in a rented apartment. There are better and worse places to stay. 6.5 out of 10."

"Worst accommodation experience I have had! Stayed here for one night. Parking to check-in was very limited and no street parking is available. We checked in and the instructions for parking in the basement of the facility were rushed. When we got to the car park, we struggled to locate our parking bay as most of the painted numbers on the concrete floor were rubbing off. There were small plaquards on the wall that we noted later on after a very unpleasant incident with a resident couple after we accidentally parked in their bay and once made aware, moved our car immediately whilst being verbally abused and my sister was physically threatened. The room was filthy, with food in the sink from the previous guest, hand prints on the TV, grime on most surfaces, and a bed that had unclean linen showing signs of not being washed between guests. The showerhead was also broken and unable to be adjusted. This place should be left to the arrogant and entitled residents such as those we encountered as they clearly don't welcome respectful guests to their facility. The behaviour of the couple we encountered was appalling. I would not recommend staying here at all."

"Stayed for 9 nights, the room was beautiful and clean, could not fault it at all, the kids loved the spa,car parking was easy to get to ,amazing stay will definitely be back"

"The front lady in the morning of 31/05/23 is the rudest service personal I've ever experienced in my over a decade living in Australia. The parking instruction was unclear. That was fine. But the front lady immediately BLAMED the customer for "not capable of understanding" their confusing instructions. Shame on you."

"We stayed overnight in Room 2303 and it would have to be the dirtiest, stained and delapitated apartment we have ever stayed in and paid premium money for, with so many expectations from the guests. Stained carpets, dirty walls, dirty glasses, TV and air conditioners that don't work, mould, curtains broke and peeling. $285 for an overnight stay plus a $200 deduction from our CC incised of damages caused by guests. The only positive take away is that the receptionist on arrival was pleasant."
