"A very disappointing start to a 5 day stay. Bungled up our booking of 7 rooms by charging some and not charging at all on some rooms. Room fridge had half used milk carton raining concerns on house keeping. 1 of the keys didn't even work. It took 90 minutes to check us in and still dealing with a cot in the room which was never requested. Was expecting better service from a 5 star property. Not coming back to it."

"Overall a good experience! The room was fantastic and we were greeted by Sam who checked us in (upgraded the room) and made us feel very welcome. Thanks to his great attitude we stayed an extra night. Unfortunately our dinner experience was quite awful as we had to wait 1h and 10 min for our starter. Since we didn’t feel like waiting another couple of hours we had the rest of the dinner in our room. The service at the restaurant Fireplace did unfortunately not live up to 5-star standard. Many details were missed, fortunately we got some compensation by the front office. We would recommend to head to the marina Village for dinner instead. The lagoon pool was beautiful but the area was unsupervised which lead to dishes being left at the beach, (birds trying to eat leftovers). Unclean used towels where left on the sun beds in piles, and the water station was dirty and empty In general the place was beautiful and the breakfast staff and front office were lovely. Since it’s a five start resort and the pricing is accordingly we expected a bit higher standard hence the detailed review."

"Absolutely gorgeous location. Enjoyed some fabulous drinks, ( can recommend the espresso martini. The margarita was apparently good too.) Had a fabulous breakfast. Huge selection of food items. Covering the most discerning palette. Was a wedding in progress when we arrived. What a perfect location for an event such as this."

"Spent the weekend at the hotel for my Grand daughters wedding and can I say the venue was perfect, no hitches, the wedding chapel is beautiful, the hotel service was amazing all the staff we encountered were friendly and obliging, the food , the breakfast buffet, fabulous,! Our room was spotless and bed comfy. All in all a lovely weekend and deserves the 5stars."

"It has come to my attention that the personnel employed at your esteemed hotel lack sufficient knowledge regarding the facilities available. In preparation for our visit, I took the initiative to contact the hotel one day prior to our arrival, specifically inquiring about the availability of an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger in the car park. To my satisfaction, the receptionist confirmed its existence. However, upon our arrival, I once again inquired about charging my car, only to be informed by a different staff member that no EV charger was present at the hotel whatsoever. This inconsistency in information was quite disconcerting. Furthermore, I sought information regarding the tennis court facility, specifically inquiring about any time limits and availability. The response I received from one of your personnel was rather vague, stating that we should simply drive to the location. Regrettably, upon reaching the tennis court, we were promptly informed that prior booking was required, and all slots were already occupied. This misinformation proved to be quite frustrating. Additionally, when inquiring about the gym facilities, the information provided by your staff regarding the age limit was incorrect. It would greatly benefit your establishment to conduct thorough training sessions for all employees prior to their commencement of work, ensuring that they possess accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's facilities and policies. In light of the aforementioned experiences, I must express my disappointment with the level of service provided by your staff. It is crucial for a reputable establishment such as yours to maintain a well-informed and competent workforce. I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly and implement appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future."
