"We had a birthday party here on going in the guy was rude. The website states 2 hours of fun at inflatable world, however we started at 9.30 then at 11 I was told to clear up as they had another party at 11.30. So we didn’t get two hours at all we got an hour and a half. They should allow atleast 15 minutes between bookings to set up and pack away rather than eating in to the times you have paid for. Play area is great hence two stars."
"Extremely rude older man at counter. Was rude on multiple occasions. Poor young staff are not trained well. Took 25 minutes into our party time to even get to the table, was not cleaned was not ready till 35 minutes into our party time. Basically no apology, just "we are busy, and the current party won't leave" no extra time was added, we were told to leave on time and no compensation for lost time. Will not be giving my money here again. 0 stars for the way I was spoken too."
"A good place to have your kids' birthday party. Kids would love the activities. A reservation is needed if you are planning to have a party there. There is limited parking inside the location but it is not a problem since you can find off road parking easily. Friendly staff who are on site to help the kids and to look them after."
