"We were able to find every thing we needed to fit out our new cabin. Great quality and prices. Was worth the two hour drive. Will certainly be going back and recommending to family to friends."

"Awesome service, great team. Shaun was a heap of help and sorted me out with everything I needed and at a great price too. Definitely recommend checking them if you’re chasing any building goods"
"VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!! We bought a Bosch Gas Hot Water unit from them, could not get it to go, got a Gas Specialist to look at it & could not get it to go either it was buggered, so took it back they said "I buy them cheap & sell them cheap you got a good deal" Well actually we got $190. of nothing!. Won't take it back, won't give a credit or refund gave us the run around for nothing, it was so disappointing & distressing especially since we've been going here for several years. $190 is alot to lose, we may as well have just thrown the money in the street. For our unprofessional experience we would score lower but you can't, we feel ripped off! 24/10/19 In reply to the owners recent response to our complaint we made here, we want to add that we were NOT offered anything at all and especially not items to the amount of $190. as we would have accepted this offer, the owner was adamant that the Gas Water Heater was not his, and he informed Fair Trading of this also when we made a complaint to them, so it is nice to see that the owner at least has acknowledged this was purchased from them as we said it was, we used to enjoy buying from them, but disappointed that we are still stuck with this Gas Water Heater that is un-repairable and that we are still out of pocket $190. we had never used this unit we were waiting to install it into our bus, and we were told that if it didn't go to 'just bring it back and i'll give you your money back' and that is what we did, we have learnt a very valuable lesson."
