"Always have a good experience at this store. Staff are friendly and helpful, prices are competitive and the range is good. They stock items I can't find at other stores locally as well - like my elderly dog's favourite treats. Back in March my dog was poorly, and the only thing she was starting to eat were those treats... I rang past closing on Wednesday 15th March, very frazzled, and somebody (I think maybe his name started with a D... maybe Daniel or Denzel?) still answered the phone and went to check if they were in stock so I could come by first thing Thursday morning. Having worked in retail, I know how much of a pain it is when people ring past closing but I was so appreciative. When I came in Thursday morning, the staff on were great too. I meant to leave a review earlier to thank the man who answered the call on Wednesday evening, and the store in general, but it completely slipped my mind. So I hope my delayed thanks and review still reaches the staff! (And yes, my dog is thankfully doing much better now!)"
"Perfect place to take your dog :) excellent set up and friendly helpful staff. Washed my dog here and I’ll definitely come back he did great and the layout / set up to wash your dog is perfect and very affordable to DIY :) Just bring a towel."
