After receiving inadequate service from another local Bedshed store, I decided to email 2 other stores ie shop around! . Chloe, manager, responded to my email promptly and provided me with a quote and a “best price” that I was extremely happy with. After a few emails and her providing detailed answers to my questions, I came in store to place my order. Julie assisted me as Chloe was working at another store. Once again, I received excellent service from Julie, pleasant and extremely helpful. Later that day, Chloe followed up with an email just to make sure that I was happy with the order.
