"How hard is it to answer the phone??? After 15 minutes and still on hold being told that someone will be with me "shortly", I walked into the store only to find that the TWO front desk staff were seemingly unable to serve ONE customer and answer the phone at the same time. When I remarked on how this was ok, I was told I should be more considerate, as the young (male) assistant nearest the phone was only 16. Sorry, I really don't want to come across as too "narky", but as a customer, should I not be able to expect at least the very basic standard of customer service, and if someone is not yet mature enough to do the job, or even to answer the phone, then perhaps they should not be in that position? (Ps, please come back Donna and the other competent staff that used to make shopping here a joy!)"

"Is there a better place to have your wedding photos taken than Bunnings? Never! I always wanted to get married in Bunnings because - Bunnings! Ceremony in the powertool aisle, reception in the garden section..... dreamy. But, from what I understand, a good marriage is based on compromise, so, photos is what we have instead. Thankyou to the manager and the lovely team for not kicking us out and being so welcoming and lovely. We'll be back to spend our vouchers soon. :)"
