"I was lucky enough to find Nader advertising on Gumtree to do some not insignificant storm damage repairs to my home. My insurance company’s contracted tradespeople had quoted the job so I knew what was required but eight weeks later and after having rescheduled twice due to delays I stared looking for someone else. It was a tricky job, my house was built in 1949. I got three quotes and Nader price matched the lower of the other two but I got him because when I asked him how he’d go about the job he gave a clear explanation that was similar to what the insurance assessor said he’d do. As Nader got into it he found some rotted timbers that he replaced in the course of the job instead of just ignoring them. Nader then did the painting which he did at the same price as the Insurance Company’s painter but did a lot of prep work as well in the price. I’d be pleased to recommend Nader to anyone for home maintenance or repairs. He’s a very clever man, if you’ve got complicated don’t look elsewhere. Nader will be my first call for any future home maintenance jobs."
