And why the hell is there a free 12v Milwaukee battery in a $750 18v tool combo kit."

"I looked on their website online for a 2 piece drill/driver set and noticed they have a sale on only for that day so I rang them and Ammar picked up and told me that they only had one left in the store and so he sent me a link so I could click and collect that day.
