"Wish I could do a no star review. Have never been made to feel as though I am such an inconvenience. The look on 'Ella's' face when I asked her to help with finding a size in some Neuw jeans was absolutely horrible. She then proceeded to take me to the jean section to point at a pile of jeans which she thought I had requested, saying "you mean these." No I didn't mean those. I left feeling as though it was too hard for her to assist in finding the style of jeans I was looking for. Even when I said, "it's okay, it seems like too much trouble," Ella did not seem to care. The dissatisfied look on her face was something I have never seen in a retail assistant before. Maybe some customer service training would be adequate for your staff members, particularly Ella."
