"Did half job and had a very poor use of the materials on offer. I got an entire sheet and then came home to finish the job after we were told there was not enough product, i used only the offcuts he left. 7/4/18 In response i asked you to run the peice from one particular side to the other, their was plenty of material i supplied to do the job the way i asked. Take into consideration what the client is telling you to do in future rather than telling them over the phone that it was much easier the way you wanted to do it. It was hard for me to say my way was better when i cant see what you mean when your telling me that your way is definately the way to go. To be fair what you did do was well done, just could have been undertaken better i believe. Im not attacking your business, im leaving an honest review on the system avaliable to me based on my opinion. Im sorry that the job you performed wasnt up to scratch in my eyes. "About October last year I asked for an quote, was told $200. In my quote, I sent multiple pictures of my garden, said I needed all the weeding done and the grass mowed. I said that I was hoping to get it done by the 17th as it was Greens verge pickup so this could save money on getting rid of the green waste. My yard was very out of shape, tall grass and weeds everywhere, especially out the front. I asked for confirmation of the price, as it was a very good price for what I needed done, and he confirmed yes, $200 is correct. I had to work so left the money with a friend at my house. My friend said he came around 9 and left at 11. Got home and all he had done was literally just mowed over all the weeds and grass. Heaps of weeds left just where they lay, nothing on the verge at all. I sent an email complaint and was told "I normally dont do online quotes, I normally request to come out to the property. I did as much as I could with the time I had allocated." I was never once asked if he could attend to quote in person. The time 'he had allocated' is not my problem, I did not set a time limit on the job, I just wanted it done and he did not quote accordingly. Would not recommend. Absolute waste of money. I could have mowed over my own damn weeds myself."
