"Vacate clean requested to prepare house to sell: They were responsive to contact and on time. Only cleaned some windows and ones they did were badly done, frames very poor work. Fluid used to clean floor was not appropriate for floor types- my jarrah floor looked damaged. I redid them after, one room and the water was very dirty. Some rooms looked as though they were not done at all. Splash back not clean. All cupboard shelves were done very well. Oven was very clean but needed white residue cleaned off. When contacted about the poor quality they were happy to come back and cleaned the floors we showed that were not done, the oven, some more of the windows and frames, the ensuite fan, splash back, bath and mark left on wall from their first clean. I did not ask for the wood floor to be done out of concern for the product they might use."
