"Had cleaning done with them 1.5 year ago. Only got the time to do the review now, but it was such a bad experience that I would not like to let it pass. I asked them for a vacate clean based on online reviews .They took full advance payment $660 and had a full day to complete the cleaning. After it was done the property manager gave a whole long list of unsatisfactory items. In fact they wondered if any cleaning had even been done, until I showed them the invoice. I agreed with Pooja from 7DNCS that the property managers could get other cleaners to complete the cleaning to their satisfaction and 7DNCS would refund me the charges by the other company. I was charged another $795 for the repeated job from my bond and Pooja of 7DNCS flatly refused to refund me anything. In fact she said ‘Let the court decide’. Upto to today I have not heard back from them. I was the only person who lost out at the end as I paid a total of $1445 for vacate cleaning of a small 3-bedroomed townhouse. I would never recommend them to anyone ."
