"May 6 purchased a ring $1890 May 14 returned the ring, bought another ring. Money returned May 17 Money was taken out from my Go MasterCard (without my signature and without me purchasing anything from your store, this is simply called financial abuse and robbery). Money deducted $1890. May 19 went to the store spoken to the manager and was reassured that my money will be returned before the June 19. June 23 I called the Go MasterCard to make sure if my money was returned and they said that the store did not returned the money. That I need to go to the store and ask them to return the money. That is why I did went and with respect I spoke with the managers to return my money. Friendly manager helped me and spoken with the bank, but tonight when I checked my bank sadly more money was deducted instead of returning. They again deducted $1890 as purchased, which I did not purchased anything. Now I am in depth of $3780 which I never used or bought anything from your store. I do not know what to do anymore the bank and the jewellery store is passing me back and forth and blaming each other but actually simply not refunding the money and putting me on debt. Very sad experience."
