"I have been consistently disappointed with the service at the Scarborough beach liquor land. The ongoing poor customer service is very disappointing. The store is located conveniently at our local supermarket, so I am a regular customer. However, despite attending the store on a regular basis there is no evident attempt at customer service. I am served by the same employee each week who shows no warmth or welcome to his clientele. It does not seem to matter if the store is quiet or busy, he makes no attempt to make me feel welcome or valued as a customer. In fact I have had him yell out next while I am still standing at the counter placing my change back in my wallet. I actually made the comment to Stefan last week that he really doesn't appear to remember anyone, he had a sharp response that he serves hundreds of people a day and isn't expected to remember everyone. That was the only response I got. He then appeared to ignore me while he finished scanning and charging my items. I hope this feedback may alter the way in which your staff see the customer."
