"This is a nice sized Coles, small enough to navigate quickly but has almost everything. It's never crowded but always busy without creating congestion at the checkouts. I enjoy shopping here however although it has a huge car park it is often full due to beachgoers using it to park when the lower car parks are full. So this can make it impossible to shop. Pick cold or cloudy days..."
"What a dive of a shop! Old and run down, mall is not much better. Shelves low of stock, long wait times at checkouts and unpleasant staff. Left my whole trolley and went elsewhere. Time to lift your game Coles."
"Went to Coles in Scarborough to get some frozen peas for my kids dinner at 8:53pm. They close at 9pm. I was told they were closed by a very arrogant employee and he couldn't let me in. I explained that all I needed were the peas. It would've taken 2 minutes for me to get it all done. The guy was rude and adamant he couldn't let me in. If they were apologetic and explained they had a policy not to let people in some time earlier than the 9pm close that would be fine. But, the guy was clearly on some sort of strange power trip. I'm on holiday from Melbourne. Weird experience."
"Not a bad Coles by any means! I proudly admired their food to go range which is an excellent step forward in the convenience food market! My friend Nicholas enjoyed the ready made sushi on offer and splendid range of kombucha. We are both stoked to finally see Lo Bros on Coles shelves. Worth the wait I must say!"
