I had gone to the pharmacy with the intention of getting a single tablet, but the wait time I was given was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival, I approached an employee who happened to be an Asian gentleman. While I understand that wait times can vary depending on the workload, I was informed that I would have to wait for approximately 20 minutes just to obtain a single tablet. This seemed excessive and quite inconvenient, especially considering the nature of my request. I believe that customer service plays a vital role in any business, and it was disheartening to encounter such a lengthy wait time for a seemingly simple task. While I understand that pharmacies can experience busy periods, it would have been appreciated if the staff had provided a more efficient and timely service. As a customer, I value efficiency, respect, and attentiveness when dealing with professionals, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, my experience at Chemist Warehouse Salisbury did not live up to these expectations.
