"Partner went in to get pool water sampled. Shop keepers attitude was poor, told her "He can tell she wasn't a member due to the bottle she had the water sampled in". Was asking her difficult questions to make her feel like she knew nothing and belittle her. Arrogant, rude and stand-offish (The lady in the shop was polite however - This is the only reason why it isn't one star) Highly recommend going to Beldon Poolwerx instead, Brad is friendlier and takes the time to help customers. Fitted our Chlorinator and regularly buy our products from him. Only reason we popped to Kingsley is that it is close to the butchers"

"New to the area I arrived with my sample thinking I'd give the local pool shop a go. The lady immediately refused to serve me as I didn't want to give up my name, phone number address and email to buy chemicals. Politely I said that I'd rather not have to give up my personal details just to buy some pool chemicals and she rudely refused to serve me. She told me unless I entered all my details "into her computer", I could not be served. I let her know (politely) that I thought that it seemed like a pretty weird way to do business and she told me to "go back to Bunnings" (as that was where the 'testing bottle' was from, from my previous house)... She added, "If I didn't trust her, she couldn't trust me"... ??? I'm not kidding, she was SO rude and has clearly not heard anything about minimising your digital footprint when and where possible. So, I took her 'sound business advice', I calmly turned, left her shop and drove straight to my new local Bunnings. It was a short drive, but I got my chemicals tested without having my morning ruined by a rude shop owner. I'm so glad she showed me her true colours straight off the bat and I didn't spend a penny at her business. I'll try my luck and take my business to one of the two nearby Greenwood or Padbury Pool shops next time round. On the way home I shook my head at the irony- that I'd gone to this store to get some customer service and form a relationship with my new local pool shop people... and that was what I got?! Well rude Poolwerx lady; good luck to you and your 'business'. With new customer service like that, it's no wonder small businesses like yours are getting crushed by the bigger, cheaper chains."

"I am not one to leave reviews on local businesses but when you receive such a great service I feel it should be acknowledged. I was served initially by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady at the Poolwerx Kingsley shop and as a result of this I decided to commit to having their mobile services call to my home. I have to say I wish I had done this years ago as I was just playing a guessing game and wasting money using the wrong, and the wrong amount of chemicals. I am confident my pool is now safe for my grandchildren to swim in and it’s never looked so clear and sparkly thanks to the technicians from Poolwerx Kingsley."
