"So was meant to have pool installed 4th Oct. Got delayed as they found crack in pool mould. I understand this. But then installation happened 14th Oct. All contractors were not talking to each other there was some fights between some contractors. Today is the 9th November we had stage 2 organised for end of Oct, then got a call that morning saying it's not happening. Yesterday we finally had some of stage 2 done. As they had to leave by 1130am. Today was meant to be compaction. Got a call this morning saying stage 2 hasn't been completed yet so compaction can't happen. We were told hand over would be Thursday 10th November. Now we have been delayed again until Monday or Tuesday. No one has given us any direction. Communication between contractors poor as. Even Communication from Bucaneers just as poor. It's been a very stressful period with not knowing what is going on and the mess still sitting out there nearly 4 weeks after pool installed. And no I don't want an apology and I think Bucanners say they will look into it but don't."

"Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. We were originally told that the installation would be a four week period, and its been its 8 weeks and still not finalised. Upon dealing with their customer service team they've been nothing short of rude and dismissive. They've talked over me, refusing to listen to my version of things, and when I asked her not to talk over me she hung up on me and terminated the phone call! Even during installation they started filling up the pool without a pool fence or temporay pool fence around the pool which is ilegal. Just horrified at their lack of professionalism and poor attitude of their customer service staff. Having spend $40K with them, you'd expect a whole lot more professional service."

"Disappointing experience. The pool itself is nice but we had under skilled, untrained staff install our filter set up. Had to call them back to fix basic mistakes. The site supervisor was never on site during installation process. I also hired them for fencing and landscaping (paid for peace of mind) but I ended up being the one organising it all anyway cause they had little idea how execute it themselves. Hopefully the enjoyment of the pool will erase the memories of this experience."

"Don’t use this company! They get your money then leave you like this! No communication with anyone in head office at Jandakot!! Taking on too many pools to cope with! Told they are too busy too communicate with their customers and don’t reply to any of the e mails! I’ve reported them to ACCC, SPASA, environmental health and trading standards"
