"Still waiting on reply, criminal, watch out for these salesman everyone. Leave you in the trenches if you where at war . Hate to see them at home, obviously no mirrors . They sold us a pool with Osmosis( pool cancer) sent a technician around to check, he said it was Osmosis and he had not seen this in a very long time.( on video) They have not sent report through, will not answer us. Obviously think we will go away, we aren’t going to. They are criminal and will not even talk to us to come up with a solution. General manager used to own JR pools, they had a history of selling pools with Ozmosis. Stay away from this company Appreciate a reply, pitty it was on social media and not via emails or calls. Your reply still does not give us closure, as stated in email, you already sent a technician out who stated Osmosis, on video/ you ask for our contact number? You sold us a pool, numerous emails that you have not replied to!!! You have our contacts. As for your chemical basis’s, this is a manufacturer fault, not chemical. It is on the inside of the pool not the surface."

"Never ever go to Freedom pools Joondalup,worst customer service ever. They do everything backwards,just told me what I wanted to hear,in person and over the phone. Never received any feedback or prompt replies,always had to chase them up. We are still in the process because I've been approved for the loan but the invoice wasn't sent...so I'm stuck with no answer on what's going on....as I do FIFO now I have to wait to get back to Perth just to sort this all put. Worst experience ever!!!"
