"Slow, queen Jenny. Ordered online, then mother orders. I wrote down some extra instructions and weren't done. Kept getting stringed along by self proclaimed queen, Jenny. A script had been cancelled due to garbage app. Told to wait a bit longer, told to do some groceries, told to wait a bit longer again. Asked her to stop as she was taking so long, and just give me mine, said had been good last 25yrs. Kept insisting and blaming the script amount. She's just slow. Her lies piss me off, I call her out on it, she laughs in my face. Not the first time been messed around here. 25yrs, most of the time okay or else would just give this a zero. Just don't bother coming here unless you have to."
"Called Friday asked if a specific product was in stock. The lady confirmed it was in stock and costs $32. Went to shop on Monday, item was not in stock but they could order it in for me and have it Tuesday. Frustrating, but maybe it sold out over the weekend or I was misheard over the phone as there are a few products in that range. I verbally confirmed that the price was around $32. Went back to shop on Tuesday after being called to say it had arrived and they charged me $49.95. Apparently the lady shouldn’t have told me a price on Monday as it couldn’t be confirmed until it was in stock."
