"Requested a pair a boots be transferred from Ocean Keys to Whitfords over a month ago and still haven't received a call to say they are in. When I originally went into the store they said they would be in by the following weekend. A week passed no call.. so I went in and asked if they had been sent, to then be informed that they require a minimum of 3 orders to process my order and that they currently had two order waiting. If they didn't get the third they would just add another pair of shoes to the order. This obviously never happened!!! Don't waste your time with Novo Whitfords as they can't deliver what they promise!!"
