"Was the absolute best experience you could ask for! I walked in after struggling at several other shops to find a jacket. I have long arms and have always struggled with arm length. I asked the very friendly and helpful employee. To which he walked and grabbed a jacket in my exact size and was exactly what I wanted. It was also on sale!!! Such experienced brilliant service. We tried on one more while we were there and it didn't come close to the one that he had picked. Absolutely stoked!"

"Went into the store a couple of weeks back, first thing I notice was this young man, behind the counter and on his phone. I walk in, he notices me and says "Hey bro", yes you read that correct. So I start looking at the suits and I ask him some run of the mill questions, which he should know. I ask if the suits are half canvas? He told me the lining was 100% poly, that wasn't what I asked. Anyone with the right training would know theres an inner lining which is in between the two fabrics that make the shell, then the lining. Turns out these 100% Australian wool suits, are fused. So glued canvas in the jacket, why use good wool but use cheap materials inside the jacket with glue? I don't even think the wool is woolmark cert, which is a sad to see. He didn't know, so he called someone up. Instead of "Sorry sir but the suits aren't half canvased", he said "Yeah sorry mate they're not". Being Australian, we used the term "mate" but working in suits, first time talking, avoid casual talk. I walk out and he says "See you later bro". Don't call customers bro and Tony Barlow, employ people who aren't always on their phone and have a vibe about them which screams that they hate the job. Have people with true passion, also upgrade your suit quailty!"
